How Long Are Your Lease Terms?
Since we only lease and sell low meter, refurbished copiers, we are able to offer two and three year leases that don't 'bust the budget' unlike new copier leases that generally have lease terms of up to five years.

We only lease and sell Canon brand equipment - the "Gold Standard" in the copier industry. The origins of Canon date back to 1937 and has ranked as one of the world's leading manufacturers of electronics. Canon became an innovator in the industry when it launched the first plain paper copier in 1968.
What Is Included In A Service Agreement?
All of our leased copiers come with a Service Agreement. Purchased copiers have a 60 day parts & labor warranty or an optional Service Agreement, if desired, for an additional fee.
Our Service Agreements include all toner, drums, fusers, rollers and tires, and free labor should the copier need service.
What if We Need Networking Service In Order To Print/Scan From Our Computers & Laptops?
While IT networking service is not included with our Service Agreements, we do have an IT subcontractor who we have been using for 20 years and provides service to all our client networking requests at a very reasonable fee.
We even set up the networking appointment for you and do the billing so that we are always involved throughout the lease term.
What Happens When The Lease Ends?
We will give you a 30 day notification before your lease ends. At that time, you have three options available:
A. If you are happy with your copier and your print/copying needs haven't changed, you can renew the lease for a new term.
B. You can upgrade your copier for a newer model and new lease.
C. You can turn in the copier if you no longer have a need for it.
